I'm a Mom to Lachelle and Justin; Gamma to Sadie, Ivy, Mason and Tucker; great-aunt to Gabbie.

I work full-time at my 'day job' but I sew as often as I can.

I sewed for my babies, and even sewed dance costumes for them in later years.  I didn't sew much during their teen and early adult years, but when they starting giving me grandbabies I started sewing again.

I love sewing and crafting, I've learned a little about quilting, and I just enjoy creating.  Even after 30+ years of sewing I still consider myself very much a beginner in so many ways.  I love following other blogs and learning new tips and tricks.

In the past year I've started making bags. That's been quite a challenge.  I've learned a lot from some great designers and via Facebook groups.
